At BLACK X WHITE, we strive for perfection, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and minimalist packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in the original BLACK X WHITE packaging and move the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off or Collection
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner's website.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
